Zoe Allen is the Teaching Professional based at Lurgan Golf Club’s Academy. Zoe offers coaching to Golfers of all abilities including beginners and juniors. Zoe is a US Kid's Certified Coach and runs Junior coaching sessions based on the US Kid’s Pathway Programme; the first such teaching programme for Junior Golfers in Ireland. Zoe is also qualified to coach children as young as 3 or 4 years of age using the Little Golf Train programme and is a Little Golf Train Certified Conductor.

Zoe has officiated at US Kid's Local and State Tournaments in USA, the US Kid's European Championships in Scotland and the World Championships in Pinehurst since 2017. Zoe’s coaching excellence resulted in becoming the first Professional in Great Britain and Ireland to receive the prestigious US Kid’s Master  Coach Award for 2019. 

Zoe has used her experience to establish the US Kid’s North of Ireland Local Tour  in 2018 with over 600 competitors taking part. This was the first official US Kid’s Local Tour events to be held in Great Britain & Ireland and continues to grow each year. Now in it's third year there will be a Spring and Fall Tour that will be complemented with the introduction of a two day Irish Open in July 2020.

Zoe is a Certified Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute Coach, employing proven exercise techniques which strengthen and improve posture which in turn improves Golf performance.

Zoe is a US KId's Certified Coach and has been Tournament Director at US Kid's Local and State Tournaments in USA. Zoe has also been appointed as Tournament Director at the US Kid's European Championships in Scotland and the World Championships held each year at Pinhurst.

The ladies get into golf programme is designed to allow ladies to learn in a fun, friendly, relaxed and very social environment.

The programme runs for 8 weeks, with 6 weeks group lesson based covering all aspects of the game, putting, chipping, pitching, bunker play, irons, woods and driver and the final 2 sessions on course sessions, learning how to play the game, along with learning some rules of the game.

The final evening of coaching we will have a Champagne and Strawberries reception for everyone who participated in the programme.

If you have golf clubs you can bring them along, but all equipment will be provided. Make sure to wear comfortable footwear and clothing (No set dress code).

(Please note this programme usually runs April /May time in the lead up to the golf season).

Zoe recently attended “Coach Camp” a two day coaching seminar at Drift Golf Club, Surrey with five other Golf coaches from N Ireland.
